Virtual counselling allows us to meet where you’re at. Figuratively as well as literally.

Connect from the warmth of your bed, the convenience of your (parked!) car, or the comfort of your couch. Your time is valuable, and limited access to childcare, transportation, or time-off need not be a barrier to your self care.

4 steps to meaninfgul connection.

1. Schedule session(s)

Set aside a day and time that works for you and book your standing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly appointment. Or, book your appointments one at a time. Bookings can be made directly with me via e-mail, or over the phone.

2. Send payment

E-transfer (or electronic bank transfer) is the preferred method of payment. Please send payment at least 15 minutes before your session starts, and it will be accepted after the session is over.

3. Have session

Each session lasts 50 minutes in length, and can be conducted over phone or video chat. Remember, this time is for you, so try to find a comfortable, quiet place where you can be alone, and free of major distractions.

4. Payment accepted

Once the session is completed, payment will be accepted, and an invoice will be issued. Invoices can be submitted to insurance providers (where applicable) for full or partial reimbursement. Please check with your individual provider to see if my services meet your plan’s criteria.
